Leaders....Know

Kind of speaks for itself, doesn’t it? Then, why don’t we all choose this option more often. Because, our instinct is to jump in and try to “fix” things. Even when it isn’t our fight or issue.

Generally, people want to arrive at some sort of resolution or compromise. When the workplace culture is right, when left alone to work things out, people will do so. At the minimum, an easing of tensions and some level of detente. 

Let’s just agree, right now, to stop fixing and rescuing, so often. Instead, let's just observe and wait to be asked to participate. Really. Let's pinky swear to do that.
