And directly before starting her own boutique firm, Dawn crafted and facilitated HR-related and organizational development curricula for the country’s largest senior housing organization.

Since launching Learning In the White Space in 2015, Dawn has worked with clients in the health insurance, private equity financial, volunteer tax advising service, and sales teams in telecommunications and engineering.

All of this to say, Dawn brings her experience and special brand of creativity to do her utmost to help your learners learn better and retain that learning, too. She has worked with a variety of different industries, large and small. Dawn helps you bring your projects to life!

Why, “Learning In the White Space”?

An often asked question, “Why, Learning In the White Space?” It all began with Dawn’s interest in this concept when it was introduced in an art class many years ago. The idea stuck with her over the years and seemed also to explain that learning actually takes place in the “white space”, not during the activity of learning. It is said that our brains need roughly 15 minutes to process every hour of active learning. So, first, a blog was named, Learning In the White Space. A few years later, a boutique consultancy.
